Fulfillment of Services and other Disclosed Purposes. We may share your Personal Information with third parties to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it and for purposes disclosed by Us at the time you provided the information.
Other Uses or Disclosures of Personal Information. We may also use and disclose your Personal Information as we believe to be necessary or appropriate: (a) to comply with applicable law, to respond to requests from public and government authorities, to cooperate with law enforcement, or for other legal reasons; (b) to enforce our Terms of Use and Terms of Sale and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes; and (c) to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you or others, including exchange of information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Right to Appeal.
