Roanoke Discovery Shop
Since it opened in 1995, the Discovery Shop of Roanoke has provided unique and quality merchandise at affordable prices to the community. All merchandise in the Discovery Shop is donated by community members who want to support the mission of the American Cancer Society. Proceeds raised from the sale of donated items are used to help fund cancer research and local programs and services.

The Discovery Shop of Roanoke offers items such as clothing, accessories, jewelry, furniture, art, antiques, collectibles, and other household personal items. Donate
- The shop accepts donations of gently used and new men's, women's, children's clothing and accessories, household decor items, dishes, collectibles, books, and smaller furniture items such as tables, chairs, and bookshelves.
- Items must be of high quality. Please note: We cannot accept major appliances, mattresses, intimate apparel, encyclopedias, desktop computers, or exercise and medical equipment.
- Donations are accepted at the back door only Mondays 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Tuesday through Friday 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Volunteer
