Executive Vice President, South Region
Jeff Fehlis is the executive vice president of the American Cancer Society's (ACS) South Region, which serves communities in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Utah. He oversees the region's strategic fundraising programs, operations, marketing, and volunteerism.
As Executive Vice President, Jeff is the South Region's senior-most executive, driving development and implementation of ACS' mission and income strategies by engaging corporate executives, high-level donors and leadership volunteers. Under his leadership, the region has served thousands of people facing cancer and their caregivers, engaged volunteers to support community-based programs, inspired and equipped companies to provide healthy workplaces, and raised more than $80 million annually to support ACS' vision to end cancer as we know it, for everyone.
In December 2017, Jeff joined ACS after a successful career in the airline industry that spanned more than three decades. At Delta Private Jets, a subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, Jeff served as the Vice President of Sales and Client Services, where he led areas including sales, revenue management, and client services. Prior to joining Delta Private Jets, Jeff was the Managing Director of Global Sales at Delta Airlines where he led the globalization efforts with Delta's largest distribution partners. He began his career with American Airlines and held various sales and marketing leadership positions in key markets for American within Southwest and California including oversight of sales, market development, sponsorship, and community relations in their largest hub in Dallas/Ft. Worth.
Jeff has served on a variety of community boards including Dallas Zoological Society, Wipe Out Kids Cancer, North Texas Super Bowl Host Committee, Paramount Theatre in Austin, the Davey O'Brien Foundation in Ft. Worth, the College Football Assistance Fund and served as a mentor for the Global Business Travel Association. He is actively serving on the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association Board, the SMU Athletic Forum/Doak Walker National Running Back Award, and the Lombardi Award Committee.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Business Administration. He is based out of ACS' South Regional headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
