Candis Seals, BS, serves as an assistant scientist on the biospecimen team within Population Science. Her main focus is on the American Cancer Society (ACS) Tumor Repository, where she manages, tracks, stores, and maintains the inventory of tissue samples collected from Cancer Prevention Study participants. She also collaborates with researchers on staff at ACS as well as other scientists to help with their biospecimen needs.
I was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. I have a very spoiled puppy named Bailey. My free time is either spent enjoying festivals and concerts around the city, or on the couch with a glass of wine watching a true crime documentary.
