How do I find my way around cancer.org?
We've organized our site into major sections; all accessible from the global navigation bar at the top of every page. You can always get back to the home page as well by clicking the American Cancer Society logo in the top center of any page. The "Site Map" link on the footer gives a good "at-a-glance" overview of the site's contents.
You can also use our Search tool, which you can reach by clicking the "Magnifying Glass" icon located upper right corner of every page next to the global navigation. To search, simply type a word or phrase in the box and click the "Search" button.
Is there a way to communicate with a person about my question?
Absolutely. Just use the chat in the lower right of every page and follow the directions from there. If you need immediate assistance, please call our National Cancer Information Center at 1-800-227-2345. Trained Cancer Information Specialists are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to answer your questions.
How can I print all of the information on my screen?
Use the print function of your browser to print any article page. Articles have been specially formatted for easy printing. Sometimes, you may need to change your printer's page orientation from "Portrait" to "Landscape."

Cancer.org can be viewed with the following:
